In this video tutorial, learn how to use RefWorks citation manager to create and organize in-text and bibliography citations. RefWorks has many features, such as the upload document feature, which allows you to upload your sources to create automatically generated citations. RefWorks works in both MS Word and Google Docs, which is very helpful while writing papers and working on projects.
