GIZ, Yogi Tea and AVT McCormick are building this pilot project on regenerative organic spice cultivation and training farmers in the Western ghats in Kerala, helping them adopt and practice these methods on their land. The project offers an excellent opportunity to evaluate the efficacy of these methods for ginger and turmeric in direct comparison to organic farming.
