Jamaica team don't have a creative midfielder our midfield lack creativity if Bobby D is our number #10 we have a serious problem because as hard working as he is he's not a #10 we urgently need quality midfield until they can fine a Withmore type a player we not gonna get results consistency

Really !! They tried very hard and long with Tappa, Tappa was just not a good coach. Tappa was one of our best midfielder, but his team midfield was always lacking.
@@chilling9005 is this teams midfield any better? They didn’t give Tappa the budget they’ve given this guy, they didn’t give Tappa the staff he wanted or the amount of control to make decisions.

@@chilling9005 agreed. Jamaica needs to develop a proper functioning midfield. Jamaican local football is a South American style of football. Jamaica has to build their team like an English league team, not like England national or Germany.
The level has to improve indeed but they are working with lesser skilled players with a poor manager and little interest from the current government in regards to funding..the athletes are dropping off the island needs sport to keep the cohesive spirit cricket and track and field had .
Mr Leijeigh Williams be talking as if he the coach, he talking with is brain n not feelings. The coach is too respectful of each opposing team yes respect a team but not fear them he’s giving them too much credit. What’s with the late changes in the match is he that slow to analyze the game. To be fair a coach can instruct his players and they do the opposite but they not hurting the coach they making themselves look like idiots out there or they doing what the coach wants them to do n they still look like idiots.
Once a coach gives players instructions and they enter the field of play, it's all up to the player to execute! The coach can't make you brave and calm if you refuse to! A team is not just a bunch of talented individuals! A team is something much more! There is a reason why Jamaica does not do well in Team Sports, Men or Women!
