On the Gangster Chronicles name. I don't have the legal stuff re names work, but long before there were The Sopranos I remember a TV show back in the early 80s called The Gangster Chronicles. It was the story of Lucky Luciano, Vito Genovese, Meyer Lansky and company. Jonathan Banks who played the bad guy opposite Eddie Murphy in "Beverly Hills Cops" and Mike in "Breaking Bad" and "Better Call Saul" played Dutch Schultz in it. It was a great series, but it didn't last another season. I don't know who "owns" the name GC but I don't know if it is all that clear that Reggie & Co. owns it. Then again it might not be an issue, maybe it is just a "coincidence" that the name belonged to a former TV series.
