You're right cuz whatever State u catch a case, only that States governor has the power to release inmates ( other than a judge if the inmate wins on a apeal) The governor of that state is the only one that can release u and or expunge your criminal record.. I'm from Cali with a felony record from out of state..in order for me to get my record expunged is if i go though the governor of that state.. Cali can't do a thing to help me.. even if Cali wanted to, most they could do is put in a good word and recommend it that's it ..its up to the other state not Cali... No other state can force another State to release anyone or expunge their record.. You're definitely right on that..

Everyone has read the piece of toilet paper the contract was written on.. the agreement was 1 dollar per album sold... The ep single was worth about a quarter per sale.. that's $10 mill alone from the album. Pac just wanted the books open to cover his own ass because he knew he was spending alot..
