i thought the same thing. and that song was so outdated by the time it was released it sounded to outdated compared to the rest of the album. the west the coast always praised it as the best diss song ever but i always thought gonzoe trashed cube, and cypress hill did as well. i didnt even know that song existed until greatest hits and by then it was like who cares, it was interesting to listen to, once.

Ren and Eazy got dissed the worst. Pretty much all Cube said about Dre was "Yella boy on ya team so you losin'/ Aye yo, Dre stick to producin'/ Callin' me Arnold but you been a dick/Eazy E saw ya ass and went in it quick."

vlad misses ALOT of important things. sometimes people will hand him a gem and he just glances over it and goes to the next question. i think his problem is hes so old and does to many interviews with various people to much and just uses wikipedia as a refresher for his questions. but you can tell art of dialouge that dude has listened to the majority of interviews out over the years and has a whole database in his head. i dont think vlad had the time to keep up on other peoples interviews. i really believe you have to be a superfan of someone or listen to a shitload of interview to do good interviews. john and reggie are perfect for death row interviews. they lived through it personally. as a dj you have to just spin everyones shit even if you dont like it or might like one of their songs. one of my friends has been spinning records for about 15 yrs at various strip joints and use to hang out at all the shows back in the day and i dont think he even knows orlando anderson shot pac lmao

@@datniggaeazye.5968 from what I understand from what I was told is that Suge stood very strong on post production clean edits.. he strongly suggested that the artist make a true clean version where the lyrics are changed up.. none of those blank spots or words played in reverse

Nah Doggfather has some gems on there Gold Rush, Downtown Assassins, Blueberry, Snoop Bounce, Doggfather, Vapors, Snoop’s Upside Ya Head, Up Jump Tha Boogie, 2001 I think the album was just a little too long

It was mid. Had a few joints here and there. Worst Death Row album had to be Lady of Rage's Necessary Roughness. That album was so trash and a big letdown. All that "Tha Row" stuff was wack too, but I don't count any of that. The label was already washed by the time they were putting that garbage music out.

Sixx minutes was alright

As much as I respect DJ Pooh and his contribution to west coast hip hop, his production did not flow with Snoop on that album. It would have been better to have Battlecat or some other west coast producers contribute.
