Why does no one comfort Belle I mean come on she just lost the love of her life and she is on the ground crying and everyone is just like well too bad let's just ignore her.
An extremely powerful moment, with everyone united. We finally see the one thing that has slowly been seeping through Regina's character - heroism and good. In this instance she is the hero, perhaps the saviour of sorts, since she saves everyone even if their lives will be different. Her and Emma part as equals not enemies and this scene really shows how much she has changed since Emma arrived in Storybook. Regina will still do anything to protect Henry, but now she is willing to loose him to do that. She is definitely one of my favourite characters.
What I don't get is why Neal couldn't stay in the land without magic. He was not even in the enchanted forest when the curse happened, and without him Henry would not exist.
If Henry would stay there because he was born in this world doesn’t that mean that Cinderella’s baby would have been left there as well because technically there baby was born on in this world as well so wouldn’t that baby of been abandoned as they didn’t leave down or am I missing something? Or because the baby was born in that town would there baby of gone with them because of the magic or something? (Including the other babies born there) 🤔
But he was born in Storybrooke. A town that shouldn't exist. Emma had Henry outside of Storybrooke. I think it's because anything magical, outside of Emma and few other people/things, shouldn't be in a place that has no magic.
I find it interesting that people claim that Neal and Emma had true love despite scenes like this. Neal was Henry's biological father, and Emma was Henry's biological mother. Yet (1) Neal didn't even ask to be allowed to return to the Land Without Magic with her and Henry, and (2) Regina didn't even suggest it, and at least ONE person present would have suggested it if Neal and Emma shared true love. At this point, of course, Emma and Hook still aren't ready to both accept that they share true love, which is why Hook didn't say anything, nor has anyone really figured out yet that the two are fated to be together. I really wish people would stop bullshitting themselves about "Neal was Emma's true love, not Hook."
I definitely ship Hook and Emma more, but that's the *scandalous* way to go. If I'm looking at it from a 'what would be best for them all', I'd say go with Neal/Baelfire, because Emma and him started this crazy shibang together, and they should end it together, too. But, you know, being scandalous is pretty damn hot...
Not 100% certain but I'm sure they say Emma has magic because she's the product of true love, if Neal was Emma's true love then wouldnt Henry also be magic? I've finished the series but it was a long time ago and Henry doesn't have Emma's magic implying that Hook is Emma's true love not Neal. Can't remember everything so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong 😊
