Great sitcom.

There's a Reggie in all of us struggling to get out and stick two fingers up at our world.

The only thing missing are the series of questions from the child, including "Why are lions lions?", with Reggie getting more and more upset.

"All BBC newsreaders say I'VE done biggies"!

I, too, could swear he said "bearded prick". But as femaleanimal points out, there was no way that could have been the phrase.

That's prig actually....the BBC were a bit funny about rude language in those days!

so gratifying to see that so many others respect and admire len rossiter and this incredible series. it is without question my favorite comedy series of all time, with great lessons and many full-on belly laughs. I DIDN'T GET WHERE I AM TODAY..... GREAT! SUPER! TIME AND MOTION WAIT FOR NO MAN!

just read the sad news that pauline yates passed away, she was a great foil for leonard rossiter.rip pauline.
