Great info and basic descriptions of the the regional coffee profiles. I agree with serving non-coffee drinkers with coffee from the Americas.

Is all of this information assuming only arabica beans in all regions mentioned? Or is any of the difference moving to the Indonesia region related to changing bean type to robusta? Thanks.
