True example of how strong can be a relationship if husband and wife have mutual respect for each other. If all Indian men had the same thinking…most of the intelligent educated women won’t be cleaning vessels and sitting at home losing their identity. Half of our country skill and talent are still sitting at home . Thanks to great Indian men with hell lot of ego and who don’t accept their wives as individuals…….There would have been many more Infosys in India and none could have stopped our country from progressing. Mr Murthy was brought well by his parents. Salute to them. Sad to say …the girls who have studied hard throughout their life,got a job , passed all obstacles, get married and that’s the ending of all their efforts and toil….it’s always true as in Disney movies marriage is never a beginning w.r.t an Indian girl it is an end to her ambitions, interests etc in life.😢😂 most Indian men unfortunately never accept their wives are more talented and educated than them….if they are …then plan kids and make them sit at home….easy and long lasted technique by men from long years….how unfortunate. 😂

Beautiful interview! Sudhaji & Murtiji... you are the best example of a ' Beautiful Partnership' of a lifetime! It was probably a common 'value bundle' in Indian society....as I thought in my life journey....but I found out that it was very very ' Uncommon' ! The only thing I wish for with your resources please please make a movie ( You know that is the only way to reach out to the masses of Indians) or an interesting documentary for the people to emulate! It's a responsible thing to do! I have been living in the US for over 40 years ....I have a problem bringing these values that you thought ( of sharing the wealth amongst the stakeholders) is common sense...but I have realized.... it's so difficult! After doing everything with that spirit I have found my own stakeholders deeply influenced by the country I live in.... USA ! It's an uphill battle...we Indians need a 'Strategic media platform' to be able to have a fighting chance!

It takes a very large heart and a very secure, strong character to give away large swathes of equity. Mr Murthy says he feels sad that no more Infosys-like wealth creators have been born in India; it is only because the secure, strong, generous nature free of the Ego that says "MY wealth, MY hard work, MY company" is very, very very rare.

Reality is none of the top college engineers call Infosys for their campus interviews and attrition rate is more than 30 % even with ridiculous notice period of 3 months. People join infosys with the hope of getting H1B visa and then quit within a month after landing in USA. They join end clients as full time employees removing middleman Infosys who eat almost 70 % commission dollars in between.
wat rubbish. does he really believe infy got respect 4 the crap portal they developed for gst, inc tax, uidai etc? not ONCE has infy ever done a mea culpa 4 the immense hassles taxpayers went thru

They are so simple , down to earth, and ordinary. Unlike the flashy gaudy , adanis, ambanis. Who don’t do anything for the poor ,or their under paid workers.
They are so simple with so much of dignity. Though the achievements are upto the sky, I felt as if I am listening to my uncle and aunty. They said the whole thing in such a simple way. The most inspirational couple in India in any sphere of life! What rootedness and lived experience, where spouses support each other in thick and thin in this day and age when working couples find it hard to balance. To a large extent, the understanding of Ms.Sudha that she would support him in his tough times is a thing we all can learn from.

Maturity is a big part of successful relationship and partnership. I see trust and respect with generous appreciation for each other. Is that down being part of Southeast Asian culture I wonder. What is lacking in that partnership - nada! Exactly, why part ways with disagreable parting words? Lucky people for finding maturity from their backgrounds and understanding about life, appreciation of parental love and care.
This is an interesting interview with two very dignified people. Who has good composure. And down to earth practical family they seem to understand that being a successful family but still keeping grounded. I can see why their immediate family are interesting amazing man giving commendation to his wife in a public interview. Very interesting family. They don't see money to show off with they are a good example for married couples totally different from most Western families. This lady is highly educated, and her daughter is very privileged to have her as a mother. This gentleman is a very interesting man.

👍🏼I had the great opportunity to see the extreme humility of this super human-Mr.Narayan Murthy ; on flight from Mumbai to Hong Kong in 2016. He took economy class and stood patiently in checkin queue along with all of us commoners!! Such great humility is very very rare of billionaires like him… While we commoners would brag and take selfies showing off how we are travelling in business class… this down to earth billionaire reminds us that after all the route and journey is same 👍🏼👍🏼❤️❤️❤️

This is an inspiration for younger enterprenours. Mr Narayana moorthy never said the contribution about (organic) Agriculture. Ofcourse thanks for his good quality of generasity. May be after 20 years next generation should not suffer for malnutrision. These kind of enterprenours also can think to protect Agriculture. Anyway Mr. and Mrs Narayanamoorthy blessed as his son in law (Mr. Rishi sunak) as Prime Minister of Great Britan . We Indians must be PROUD.

One of the few founders from India which is still connected to its roots...🙌 But now time & generation both has changed in IT, with due respect to Mr. Murthy, now time has passed to give Infosys legacy to next generation, I think exit of Mr. Vishal Sikka (former CEO & MD) is a mistake of Infosys (Mr. Murthy).
What a phenomenal Human Beings of our times. Still passionate about doing good to society and Human Beings at large , If these 2 giants wishes come true ( I dearly hope them to come true), it (world large, India in particular) probably will be close to what we read in our scriptures of "SRI Rama Rajya" is all about. What an amazing interview...very very very well done...i wish it was a bit longer....i understand there was a plot in mind & a need to - for the lack of a better phrase, 'cut to the chase' to keep viewers engaged....but when dealing with people with such maturity, depth & experience & keeping the audience for that in mind, a longer format where we could have heard better from the couple would have been even better!

Wonderful Interview of two legends of the century! Am I only one who feel Murthy sir used to speak more in these interviews as compared to Sudha ma'am and very slow as well or I just only have an habbit of watching each and every videos in 2x that's why I feel it?
