Transitioning into the 6-week to 3-month phase, emphasis will be directed towards cultivating knee muscle strength, fostering balance, and refining coordination. Post the 4-month mark following surgery, individuals are granted permission to commence jogging. Moving into the 6 to 9-month period of successful rehabilitation, one may confidently reintegrate sports-specific rehabilitation.
