I haven't watched all the matches yet but isn't there a better sideboard alternative than Shattering spree ? Coz SP is CMC 1, and I'm guessing Chalice will most likely land on 1 against this deck.

That is true but replicate creates copies similar to storm. Chalice will not look at those copies. The other interesting SB option I see a lot is Meltdown. Sorry for being long-winded but hope it helps

Well it counters the original cast but doesn't stop any of the copies

when the only available line sounds like "flop and runner-runner", then the EV there is basically 0

maybe this deck lacks shreders, instead of channelers, cause the meta is too prepared for 1 drops
