I like both leather and plastic sheets. I just think it depends on the knife. It is pricey, but it’s very high-quality too.

@Aaron-pb5xy. No. Such knives are generally less effective for tasks requiring significant cutting power or deeper penetration, as they lack the necessary blade length and leverage for those purposes.
