My heart warms each time I'm notified that you've shared a new video. What I loved especially about this one is how genuine and in the moment it is. When you at first skipped over the heart chakra and then went back to get it, I was just beaming. "Can't forget the heart!" Absolutely! Thank you for sharing your authentic self and your guidance. I had wondered how this could work, but as an empath who loves asmr and reiki, I certainly connected with your energy. I'd went to bed anxious and sad, then I found you. At one point, with my eyes closed I could see an almost dark blue with stars and sparkling. I've just awoke 6.30am and I had a lovely dream about someone I really care about. You must have some really great smoke detectors because when I seem to do my sage burning it sets them off throwing the relaxation right out. I don't believe in reiki and chakra stuff but man you can't really explain scientifically why people have such weird sensations in body from observing different hand gestures This is radical Good job. Very relaxing
