What is REIKI?

What is ASMR?
(Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response)

ASMR can create pleasant feelings of relaxation, calm, sleepiness or well-being. Triggers can include whispering, soft touch, hair brushing or hair play, scalp massage, etc.
