This was very soothing. I'm not a believer in it myself but I do watch reiki videos for the calming affect they have. Even while doing something else. I was playing chess while listening to the video in the background and not really paying attention to it and my mond was calm while playing.

A good tip to get rid of the cigarette marks is to rub them on a concrete fence pillar the top part that's abrasive.

Yes, anyone can learn reiki as it is a latent gift we all have and can develop. The changes it bring are on the whole very positive and liberating and can help to set the mind and spirit free of some of the earthy ties and patterns that sometimes prevent freedom of who we truly are. It is a gift to help oneself and others.
