Reiki for Daily Energetic Cleanse 

You gonna get thru it, i was so sponge that i started living other people side effects, i became their punching bag and their damage control, all they didnt want to see in their reality they threw on me, so what is helping me is train to think i have a implicit pattern that comes “before myself”, automatically others “can do that to me”, so I’m taking some words like power, autonomy, authorization, and noticing we live in a spiritual approach where the other have more autonomy power and authorization to make us scapegoat, so we hold a implicit sense that if others know better, we know less, if one can protect well, then we cant, if they are right, so we are wrong, so if others are powerful so we are powerless, its always a implicit sense that we have no autonomy, no control, and also theres a implicit belief that we want to control our life is bad, or wrong, so when we dont use that control, others will, we become the storage of what other dont wanna deal, or their trash or their hidden parts, or the side effects that they belief but they dont wanna live the “negative part”, so we become their puppet. I dont know if any of this relate to you, but this is really making me be back to live, at one point i couldnt leave my home, also if u are too sensitive to objects or places think as well if is not a culture that we grow up implicitly that make an object be more powerful than our own desire, our own existence, so its important to be very down to earth and always train that your life is more worthy than any energy in inanimate things, and about places, i always think that is impossible that only bad memories and energy is out there, a big world like this and only bad energy in places? So I’m being more safe going anywhere, without fear of being sponge or empath, so check if all this is to keep u distracted and manipulated, theres so much false light out there making people like u and me sick, bc they use our vulnerability and they feel they are more abundant and luckier than us, so indirectly we become lacking stagnant and with bad luck vibes, its usually a polarity, the more sick i got the more some therapists i had would be amazing, joyful, manifesting all, so i noticed they even being good people they were vampirizing me and throwing all their garbage on me, bc well… they are so lucky! U get the point? Observe if u are not stuck in this other polarity that the more false light grows and is more abundant, and the more u get being empath for them, this people are everywhere, i dont even fear “evil” anymore, i feel they are spreading false cultures making us live this concepts too literally of empath and sponge, so as u “accept it” (in their point of view), they pretend this is already an excuse and authorization to use you, so imagine all u heal and manifest goes to them, and u get with all the side effects they dont wanna, but they only create karma, they are never really healed, bc they use empaths and sponges for that, but they cant heal like that so they only become rigid and narcisistics, so empatha and sponges are perfect target for them, bc we are vulnerable and “easy” to gaslight, so the more we train that we have the rights to have autonomy and power over our own life, the more our body will get the message, so its like before our own decision others decide for us, then u stop fearing them, u start noticing that if even human system takes more care of us, so how could be spiritually divine all our suffering? a divine system has to be at least equal or more organized and have more order than humans, if its a system that is worse that means we live under false light webs, where they all use the other to spread false futures where people are always weak and empath sponge and etc, so train to develop a sense of security and safety that is your right, to unblock your root chakra, and also a sense that u deserve having your sanity with boundaries, so u be less attacked, less distracted! Sorry for the extend message, but its a delicate topic, what is important is we dont blame us lr identify with parts of us that are affected by it! Good luck

Me too! It took me until about 23 years old to really realize how intensely I feel others emotions as my own. Even to this day I still wind up in weird headspaces for weeks at a time because of it! Working on changing this through ritual and affirmations and the like, but man is it a pain sometimes. I noticed it's easy to get people's voices stuck in my mind as well

Daydreaming waste lots of time, there is a solution when ever u start doing daydreaming and some point come that u realise u r dreaming at that time stop urself and just start breathing or getup from that place bt just stop it by thinking ki i have to recover I have to stop this and try it evertime u r breaking that dreaming loop then after some days of practicing u will see change in ur self and daily just write that i love my life and i am satisfied with it just write it daily.... And listen divine white light music it is very peace ful..... All the best don't worry u will be get out of it very soon..

I used to date a maladaptive daydreamer...I think the first thing would be to ask yourself what part of your real waking life adapted to overriding it with the immersive thoughts? The person I knew did this through video games and excessive roleplaying in order to cultivate a sense of self inside an otherwise unforgiving society, and it got obsessive and out of hand...I think the"therapy" for it would be something like CBT, and the personal part would be something like taking long walks in nature without a digital device...a way to "clean yourself out" mentally

Yes. Distance reiki is gentle and doesn't require sound, but it's nice for meditation. I make playlists of Divine White Light videos and play them on an open tab or on my tv on mute. I run the Cleanse and Protection list I made every day while I do my morning routine, prayer and meditation time, my bible app devotionals, etc. Lany's older videos say you can do other life tasks at the same time - the most important part is that you intend to receive. 💗
