This is a Reiki healing to assist with headaches. Love and healing to you!
Listen to it as many times as you feel drawn. Reiki only helps, never harms. Trust your intuition!
It’s always good to drink water after receiving energy healing to help integrate the energy!
The music is playing in the background and is separate from the healing.
You do not need headphones to listen. Just press play and receive the energy.
I do not recommend driving or operating heavy machinery while receiving energy healing because everyone is impacted differently.

I don't know what's going on but I woke up feeling great today, then about 11am my ear start to hurt me, and my head started having these Sharp pain and my gum and tooth started hurting . I can only hope that this will heal everything that is aching me, and as the sun rise all my pain will be gone never to come back again 💔🤯

If you are still having issues, it sounds like trigeminal neuralgia, which is what I have. Can cause ear, jaw, head, gum, teeth, head, neck, and shoulder pain. See the Medical Medium for root cause and supplements. L-Lysine is especially important to take.

Let me disagree with the bright background. It is a fact headaches are associated with light or bright light being very uncomfortable and annoying. Would be great to choose a more friendly background, avoiding stars, Sun and any bright objects. Thank you.

Victor Victor thank you for your suggestion. My videos are intended to be listened to, not watched so the background does not take away from the healing. :-) I explain this in my video Common Questions Answered. :-)

Susan Wilbanks White - Of course that is true, it is for listening and you probably are an expert in your field... nothing bad to say about that. However, first thing when someone finds your "video" is to see that bright background which is really annoying for anyone with a headache, and only second is to listen. It is hard to get rid of the background. It is always space for improving, and we are sure you want to be very good in what you're doing and always make things better.

I wouldn’t know outside a private session. It’s best to work with a private practitioner. Crying is a sign of emotional release and there is nothing wrong with that.
