Hi! There is no session limit or maximum recommendation; Reiki as a spiritual intelligence won’t ever harm you. I always recommend people just check in with their intuition and go with what seems to feel right on any given day- your intuition will always be the best guide! Hi will this transmute trauma into positivity? (, that'd be great) Or will this help release (I get very sad and triggered when I watch trauma release videos makes me dysfunctional)

Hi love- it really depends on each person’s unique situation. When healing most issues, it’s rarely possible to guarantee a jump from trauma to pure positivity experientially because it all depends on a person’s experiences/circumstances around holding that trauma and also the nervous system and capacity to hold these expanded states of being. Some times we end up there immediately, it def can happen if we are 100% ready and don’t have internal resistance… but often it is a journey that does involve a releasing & integration process. And sometimes the relief is immediate but it begins a deeper integration process that unfolds over time. Reiki as an intelligence also has a way of working with what you’re ready for. However it manifests though, it is *always* for your highest wellbeing and wholeness, and even if those symptoms of release do arise, it’s a positive not a negative. Hope this helps! 😊🙏🦋💜🫶🏽
