I'll sometimes do a self head massage on my temples in the morning during stretching, it helps a lot! I also do mindfulness meditation exercises from the amz workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. It's important to practice mindfulness and self healing techniques.

I have GAD, generalised anxiety disorder, I find this technique does indeed help, another thing I found really helps at night time is lavender roll on for your temples.

Some females and male hair thin with age. One thing I would tell her and i have told my male friends is, get Rogaine. They have Rogaine for male and female. I part my hair and put it on the scalp, I've used this stuff since 2013 and it works.
