i the same! _call your energy back_ and _dantian_ helped but yea tragic! probably water dominant like i ~ but am actually earth but it's just the times imo. empaths have perhaps MORE _sabotage programs_ , and w/air dominants, w/people😂🤭

@@irinadumitru9088 Yea..1 moved in some years ago..find my FAVORITE plants destroyed.. (see how others acting wierd WHO before was sweet) Maybe new noghbour is a Narc? Sooo..avoiding negativ people WOULD IN MY CASE..BE MOVING? OR..just buy new plants & know whatever the new nighbour is planting IS NOT MY HARVEST..

It is not unusual to feel more tired or sensitive after a reiki session. Please take it easy and be gentle with yourself after playing the video. Water can also help with the energy after.

Over to my reiki companion lovers I was wondering if someone has a good explanation to know when you’ve hooks,leaks,holes in your aura this is coming from someone that is sensitive 🐼❤️with an ascendant in♏️ & Venus in ♋️ I understand energy can’t never be destroyed ONLY transferred 💚☀️

Some obvious signs are... excessive fatigue, muscle pain/weakness, autoimmune issues, heartburn, stomach aches, constipation.. as well as heavy feelings of negative emotion. Now these symptoms can also be due to problems within the self... so it's important to recognize whether they arise "out of nowhere" without concrete cause or are caused by something you did. For example... if you worked out strenuously the day before... it'd be normal to wake up with aches/pains... or if you drank a bunch of alcohol & ate a bunch of greasy food then stomach issues would be a normal result. Typically symptoms caused by projections from others will feel... sudden/random. Also, people may not be intentionally sending/projecting these negative things onto others. Sometimes ppl just don't recognize the energetic power that their thoughts can have on others.

Use reiki for psychic protection, reiki for psychic attack, reiki to clear your fields or reiki to call your energy back. Sometimes I have to use all of them before I feel better. The energies or lower vibrations are penetrating other fields, not the auric field.
