I have all the 5 REITs, bought them during the IPO. Yes, DDMPR is down now pero more than made up for by all the other REITs I have plus I already got 4 dividend payouts from DDMPR so not bad na. I'm so glad I recognized early on the potential of these REITs, walang kaba kahit bumaba ang market.😁

Recently bought AREIT, MREIT, CREIT> good to buy them when prices dip, allowing higher dividend and a bit of potential for price increase. Compared with SMC GLOBAL AND ROBINSON’ S Land 5-year term, the REITS provide almost same rates but there is some form of liquidity as compared to 5-year term for bonds.

Yung dividend rate is annualized. So sa mga holders ng FILTR, MREIT, and RCR, annualized ung div rate since wala pa silang 1 year.

Ive been a real estate property consultant for 18 years already and a reit investor here in abroad, I can confidently say that MREIT has the biggest potential in all of the reits for long term. Also, in just 2 months from listing, MREIT was awarded as the most trusted REIT by a prestigious global company. Kevin Tan was really serious when he said MREIT will be the #1 reit company in southeast asia.

kuripot mga dividends kumpara sa staking sa crypto at US stock markets.. kuripot talaga mga stocks sa PSE at ang bagal at baba ng growth baka yung dividends na binabayad nila kulang pa pambayad pag bumaba ang price ng reit stocks

Boss Rex...any insight sa over-printing ng US Dollars? They're so called Great Depression in 2022?.... but two lingering questions are: what will the Fed do? And will we experience the inflation of the 1970s? Where the U.S. is headed in 2022.

invest nalang sa limang reits 20% for the total investments sa reits then ung total ng reits mo is dapat 20% lang din ng overall portfolio mo....adjust mo lang from time to time either you buy them or sell some to go back to 20%(for diversification purpose), suggestion lang po toh so please make your own conclusion

How do companies draw the line on Financials between the property company and REIT Company, i.e between AC, ALI and AREIT; Megaworld and MREIT? Is't it the Revenues on Property Comapany on their fianacial also come from leasing, how can it be posted similarly for the REIT revenue?

Sir may 2 questions lang po.. D ba nakakasama po sa kahit anong company kapag malaki na ang utang.. 1. Ano po ang basehan kung malaki na ang utang ng isang REIT company, o mababa pa rin? 2. Kung paano po ba magpatakbo ng company ang mother company ng Reit, same principles din po ba ang iaapply sa REIT company? It seems that among all real estate developers, Megaworld is the one with the least debt compared to its equity. Possible po kya na ganun din sila mamalakad sa REIT company--hindi nila hahayaang lumobo ang utang? Natatakot po kasi ako mag invest sa isang company na malaki ang utang. Sana po masagot nyo ang 2 questions ko.. Thank you in advance 🙂
