The people who think this is a joke are the same people who spout "science is supreme" as if science isn't directly telling them to lose weight, exercise and get a healthier diet. The reason people like us have congregated and watch these things together isn't because of a community we've been led to. It hasn't always been a central part of our lives beforehand, and all of us are at different developmental stages. What brings us all here together, is the fact that everyone here refuses to be a victim in their own lives any longer. And the mental clarity that triumph and hardship gives us as men, is what makes life worth living.
Couldn't have said it better myself. I was stuck eating and sitting on my arse all day until I came by Zyzz, Zyzz made me come by these videos, these videos inspired me to work out, and this is where I was 7 days or so ago and I've never felt any better, my mentality has changed so have, my diet and my will to live. People may say "How does some roid munching ghost give you motivation?" Well this is my reason Zyzz saved my life and in continuing to do so.

my opinion on masculinity isn't always about muscle and crazy strength its nice to have those. but for me its, when the man can be held accountable on what they do. willing to take risk and responsibilities. provide and protect whats precious to them.
