Train outside doing calisthenics only and you will become the beast. The gym is overrated and for beginners it's wasting time. Calisthenics takes 30 mins vs Gym 2 hours

@@Wigglez50 i dont think so, because in those videos you get the videos representing weakness, and then it flipps to people being strong physically or mentally, competitive people and so on with the music over it. this is just a motivational video and its fine as what it is imo.
