Sir kya embolization se varicocele wali external spermatic veins aur gubernacular veins ko bhi thik kar sakte hai embolize karke ya phir ye possible nhi hai sir? Please reply sir kyuki meri left microsurgery ho chuki hai lekin left testicle ke niche wali veins i.e. gubernacular and external wali veins abhi bhi dilated aur fuli hui hai. @@drvirendersheorain1813 sir what about 1.radiation hazards 2.coil migration. 3.dilation of other healthy veins giving extra pressure on them due to blockage of the vein which is to be embolized..and makes the other healthy veins varicocelled again! If you answer these all, you are a good doctor🙏
@@Kelorie 1. Radiation hazard is almost nil with newer high end machines. Go are days we need high radiation for any procedure. Not more than chest X-ray. We are exposed to more hazard with mobile than this procedure 2. Coils are not required nowadays and if any interventionist uses then with property measured coils nothing on earth can migrate it. It is myth spread by few to scare patients. 3. Nothing normal is blocked in Embolization except you block the flow reversal into pampiniform venous plexus due to incompetant valve of or nutcraker syndrome like situation. 4.
