Guys, this is just one performance. They have put her video on their channel because people watching comicstaaan knows what an awesome rockstar performance she is giving back to back. She is an IIM Graduate btw :)
@gypsy lab oh I just love the way you get offended...like I personally attacked you...The thing is what you may think is self depreciating humour is actually depreciating all females not just herself...a common tactic used by feminist "comedians" to further their agenda...you can see how most of time she gets an applause rather than a laugh cuz people are like...wow that was enlightening. .it may be relatable but definitely not comedy....plus her delivery was way off...imagine biswa or upmanyu presenting her content....and did you see kanan and biswa's face 😂😂...I am not saying that women aren't good at comedy....look at Gautami from slayy point or Bharti or even the girl from rimorav vlogs...they don't centre their content around male bashing ....but the wave of "comedians" like aditi Mittal, sejal bhat etc just further their agenda and expect us to laugh by saying words like boobs, sex, vagina, sperm, dick etc...they re basically implying - "we said those words without any context, we are cool, woke ,liberals ...laugh you MFs".....now go ahead call me a sexist, anti feminist, chauvinistic etc....
@gypsy lab oh you are kind....you only labelled me a keyboard warrior...that's progress I think...more modern feminists should take a leaf out of your book....🙏
@@vedicmetalhead1029 noone was talking about feminists or liberalism, he was asking what part of it didn't you like? because constructive criticism is better than hate and you just kept on saying. You have a point about sejal bhatt but prashasthi doesn't force humor through saying those words so...?
I agree she's being honest and that is why it's not funny. It's sad and that's is why it's not good stuff for comedy. Comedy is about laughter and not self-pity.
Haan jaise school mein ladko ko literature k naam pe comics k jagah bakchodi padhai jaati hai. Tabhi woh ladka jisko ghanta prose mein interest hai jaake comics padhta tha aur Guiness book of world record padhta tha. Aur woh chutiye art teacher joh phool patti aur scenary sikhate the par bike car and bat nahi. Bolte the boys don't have knowledge of color combination or designs.... Fir school k bhar Custom Car owners ladko se bhare hue hai Who performed badly at school.
I find it really hard to understand her English at times and I should be used to the Indian accent because I have Indian coworkers. Am I the only one here? It doesn't even sound like English some of the time. I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just curious as to how you can pick up every word in this clip. Sounds like she's code-switching or something.
I think it was really funny... Don't why so much of hate! Sakht launde wale jokes toh bahut chalte hain... Jab wo accept ho Sakta hai toh ye kyun nahi!
Larkiyon ko chahiye emotionally unavailable boy jiski zindagi wo savar sake apne fun attitude se👏👌👍 Applause is natural!👍 TBH i feel, girls see emotionally unavaliable guys as a challenge.
It's draining emotionally girl suddenly feels so much love then she doesn't know what's wrong with this relationship and always end up being guilty thinking there's is something wrong with her.
I think it’s more like, they see emotionally unavailable men as unlikely to cheat.... if they end up catching feelings for this particular girl, *jo saala hoga hi nahi!*
She's a female and she is just breaking her cocoon of shyness esp in front of the conservative community and frowning elders. Plus she seems to say things in order to actually Express her experiences, more than to become a full time stand up. So it's ok.
Yea right! Her delivery and jokes both are good, some may get it, some just keep wondering. But bro yahi same comment acche andaz me kaha hota toh......Dhat! Still next level nahi hota ;)
I actually think it's her way of delivery that sets her apart from everyone else. Her writing is not always upto the par but she has just such a unique voice even when she's playing a god or death you're gonna be like oh yeah that's Prashasti.
Her self deprecating humor is hilarious AF! She truly nailed it . Everytime my ego's hurt while dating I come back to this video to laugh at our collectively screwed up lives 😂♥️
I found it really hard to understand. I'm used to the Indian accent because many of my coworkers are Indian but there as parts of this clip that throw me off completely. I understand much of it but I miss half the story because of her pronunciation. Really, I'm not trying to sound rude but it's almost like she switches to another language and suddenly speaks normally again! I don't get the humor because I can't understand her. :(
@@VNExperience I understand. Her diction is a little unusual and seems as though she was nervous on stage. I'd suggest watching it with some desi friends - maybe that helps
@@user-wc2re5lg3c Thanks for explaining. I thought she might have code-switched, i.e. between English and Hindi. I'll watch with my friend as you advised. :)
@@VNExperience yes she does switch from English to Hindi to and fro all through her set. You should watch it with your indian friend to understand this set.
Set was good but delivery was bit nervous...she should go all in with that sad-nervous character , it would be great set then *Out of context though :* Sumukhi will replace Siddhu paji in laughing decibels for sure...
I don't get the hate in the comments section. I get that there is some kind of favouritism shown by some of the judges towards the female participants ( not so hidden SJW agenda, if u ask me ). But Prashasthi was genuinely funny unlike the other two female contestants. In fact, she had a genuine claim to be winner of the show.
I don't think that a lot of commentators have actually seen the show. Each episode had a theme. And with that context, I really believed that Prashasti, Nishant and Rahul deserved the top 3 spots. She is genuinely that funny.
Yaar content was nice, thoda presentation acha hota toh I guess it woulda sounded better. Like imagine Biswa speaking her material. But anyway, it wasn't bad. Trying is cool and people in the comments need to chill.
I felt like a non F.R.I.E.N.D.S fan watching friends for the 1st time after his friends made him to, like: why are you all laughing? What is happening? Is this funny? Maybe it is funny, because people seems to be laughing? Idk 🤣
Hey dude, I see the hate in yr comments. We clearly disagree about Prashashti as a stand up comic, so no point arguing with each other. Now the only way to judge her caliber as a performer is to take a close look at the likes/dislikes ratio and understand that you stand in the bed rock of the pathetic minority. Coz u don't simply dislike and vote yr opinion, u go ahead in yr vanity to hurl hate in the comments, coz u have nothing better to do. Get a job dude. Before that, just get a life. Do something good yrself instead of being a jobless douche of the year, self proclaimed stand up critic.
Midnight Singing ya man i genuinely agree with you. I was just hating when I posted that comment. I have nothing against prashasti. I hate the fake laughes n overacting by the judges. These r the same people who 'critisize' kapil sharma(don't confuse me wid a kapil sharma fan), they have gone on record saying that indian comedy shows r funny only because of that "twingggg" sound effect etc. N i used to agree with them to some extent. But look at them now, how r they any different that kapil sharma??? That was very hypocrical. Thats why i got trigged n started hating on them. For example just look at the hypocrical hash tag they posted in the comment section #BetiBachaoFuckboyHatao , if u are't aware fuckboy is a male version of slut. They prech that u shouldn't use the word slut under any circumstances, even if the girl is actually a slut. N i agree wid them. But calling a boy who wants casual sex a fuckboy is also wrong. N that's what i like about prashasti she didn't use the term fuckboy even once in her set. But these dogs at aib think calling guys fuckboy is a way to empower women which is very disappointing. She just described qualities of the guy she was dating but according to aib those r the qualities of a fuckboy. N pls don't give me "oh its just a joke" crap coz if it is cool to use the term fuckboy as a title of a comedy set then the same rule should apply to the term slut as well. I can't handle this hypocrisy apply more. Sorry for bad english, i guess as an Indian u r used to it. Peace
Say what u want to the AIB people, no tiff about that. U hv posted biased and hate inspired comments about Prashashti. That's something I spoke against. Prashashti is not overrated at all and since u have clearly admitted to hurling groundless hate, I'm assuming u already know that. Also that laughter? It was real. 13k of us on this video have voted to have laughed, while watching her, alike the judges and the people in the audience who voluntarily voted her to the finale. So I suggest u delete any hate comments against Prashashti as u admittedly didn't mean what u said and walk yr talk. Try to practice what u preach and believe in, instead of being foolishly impulsive and spiteful.
sahi batao yaar kitno ko hansi aayi ye stand up comedy ki aisi tesi kar rakhi hai sex, dick, make out, gf, bf, slept, and hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahha fuac
Jab tak koi aapke self worth ki dhajjiya na udha de... To kaha se aayegi feel 🤣🤣... Hume chahiye ek emotionally unavailable ladhka... Jiski uljhi hui zindagi me pyar bhar sake 🔥🔥 ... Loved it duh 🤣🤣
yes u r correct....but time has changed, jha early age me ghar smbhale ke liye shadi kradi jati thi.... par ab average shadi ki age 25+ ho rhi hai, to po** product consum krne se acha hai karlo our life ka kaam me dhyan 🙂...but i disagree with early age s*x bcs it decreases IQ of that person a.t. US reaserch .... atleast 17/18+ to hona sahiye...what do u think?
Bro it's relatable to evryone..Women will be like "F@*$! I was sucha a dumb@$$ back in 7th grade!" and men will be nostalgic about their old "galpals"..But itna kya paglach*do ke tarha log hass rahe theh judges bro?! Like I could barely smile, my 13 year old cousin jo ki "Sex" sunke hasta hain had the same reaction..
Worst stand up comedy I've ever seen... She feels like she's constantly searching for approval from audience throughout the act. Most of the punch lines were not even laughable! Poor job! 👎
