I know people complained about them sounding to similar to Deftones, but honestly that’s a hell of a compliment. Deftones are legends and these guys were fantastic too. I would have loved to have heard more from them. They had a lot of potential & I still come back to this album all these years later.
Nah. These homies were legit open & honest Deftones clones. This sounds like it was left off Adrenaline. They did have a second release that never came out, but if I remember right, one or two songs got leaked, and it *did* sound hella different from this, but if you're gonna ape anyone's style, why not Deftones?
Relative Ash were such great Deftones clones, we used to download "Breathe (Tiny Hands)" because it was marked as Deftones on Napster. Sounds just like them during the Adrenaline era. SIIIIIIIIC ASS BAND HOMIE!
Fun fact...if we could name an album based on what we feel when listening to it... this album should be named ADRENALINE(with ALL respect for Deftones) , thank you Relative ash for such a good memories since high school and still on 2021! 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
that's a "Chatty Kathy" doll in the beginning - I'm an old boomer, and my sisters each had one of those demonic dolls! :) These guys can flat lay it down, by the way! Nice!
Thank You for this, I've loved that band since then and I'm still just trying to hear them again, time flies, take care and thank you. This is a great video
Funny, i was just trying to explain Emmure's sound a friend and i ended up on a cross between everytime i die and relative ash. Obviously those weren't perfect references but then i had to see if anything live was on youtube. Brought me here....
Where can i find the lyrics? Edit: ok so I found the lyrics.... I am very confused and worried. Am I retarded? Because I cannot understand the lyrics but they sound like a rapist diary to me. I wonder what the album was about.
After reading all the lyrics. It seems that the singer wants to have a baby. And it's just confusing with the song titles and talk of cum all the time. Idk. Either way it sounds good. Hoping for the best
