To land the stage you must do a quicksave and then land the stage quickload and continue the mission unless you are a pro and do all things at once

Bruh I can’t even land on the moon 💀 Edit: I’ve tried multiple times and I finally have the ability to land on the moon. I’ve even placed an unmanned probe there (it doesn’t move, it’s not a rover) and one time, successfully going back to earth (this is a manned mission) after a crash landing in the moon and losing 1 landing leg. Now I want to try visit Mars, Venus, and probably Mercury if it possible, and probably try to orbit the sun at a close but safe distance (the probe will probably be covered with heat shields). Now I know what the hell the “transfer window” is for. Also going back to earth from the moon is surprisingly easy. The hard part is landing on the moon. Probably not a big problem in Mars since it has an atmosphere and I could’ve just slapped a heat shield and a parachute to a rover but I haven’t tried going there (for now, I’ll post an update if necessary). Edit 2: I can land on Mars now, but I’m either too lazy to build a rocket to go there or just stopped trying altogether since multiple unmanned probe has burned up in the atmosphere or crash landed on Mars so hard that it clipped through the ground (the most difficult thing is controlling the craft during Mars atmospheric entry, I mean sure, I could’ve put an RCS, but it meant putting a set of RCS thrusters outside the fairing, which is useless since they’ll burn up in the atmosphere anyway.

i wish i can build cool rockets like you man :/
