This is Incredible!! You’re such an amazing teacher/ coach Quick context:: I’ve been running a startup for the past two years and it’s been V Stressful That said.. I’m also a rapper /musician who looks to music as a way to destress myself & vent - - Recently I’ve been teaching myself how to sing to improve my music/& it's remarkable to see how beneficial these exercises are for everyday life! I practice yoga, taichi & QiGong as physical workouts & surprisingly these exercises pair perfectly with my existing practice & highlight the interconnectedness of all the parts of the body & no important it is to be relaxed Thanks so much for sharing/ posting Natasha - you’re one of my favorite teachers on YT!! Sending you much light & love from Austin Texas 🤘

My tensions are not in my jaw or my temporal muscles some much but in my throat. It burns and it hurts all the way to my ears. And doctors say that there is nothing wrong with my vocal chords, except that they never close completely. It's like having a permanent sore throat and I think that it's in great part psychological - believing that I "can't" sing or that my singing is ugly and bothers the people around me.

Thank you for your message. Did you try to massage your neck and throat and do some tongue exercises? I will record a short video for that today and let you know when it is on the channel. ;)) Also Vocal massage by massage therapist can really help with these kind of vocal tensions. Try to find some expert for vocal massage close to you & and maybe try that out too. :)) Let me know if you have any other questions. Wish you all the best, Natasa
