1) no multi-tasking, focus on a thing at a time 2) monitor BP, Heart rate, stress hormone , tight muscles, frustration, anger, mood solutiom- a) breathing exercises- bhastrika, pranayam, surya namaskar b) mindfulness exercise- be in the present momnent, a)silent place, open eyes, focus on breath, if distracted gently bring it back on breath- do for 21 days without break. c) 5 min- deep breathing 10 times d) warm water towel on forehead, towel on neck, watch laughter videos, relaxing music- birdchirping etc, no lyrics, e) exercise-yoga, brisk walk (10-15 mns), f) progressive relation techniques g) write journal h) visualization technique

I appreciate your relaxation techniques but sir for parties of 21day I would suggest if the person close their eyes and during 21days if person follow noble peace then it's very helpful because it will help you to fight some difficulty during practice time like hallucinations, sensation and so on. I'm also suffer from insomnia ...but I clear this ....this may required 1 month atleast u should follow 1 - 3 - 7 breathing technique.. available on RU-vid ...its really help ...trust me....just follow some days and see the result..
