I had a stroke at 49 in front of my class of students. I use this to help me destress when I'm having a bad day and it really helps. To everyone I say, relax. Really. And again, keep your phone to a far distance from you. Take your favourite tea/coffee/juice sit in the coziest place in your house. Remember the good things that happened in your life. And relax.
