Ambient music, no talking chair massage video. Shows some good techniques and an overall routine to quickly help someone with a lot of compression/tapotement based bodywork. There's still a lot you can fix in a short amount of time. I will have a talking version up soon though where I explain the techniques in detail. I'm also working on setting up a more consistent filming routine to please everyone asking for more hands-on massage. Preferably at least once a month. They take a bit longer as it doesn't solely rely on my time but on someone else's schedule as well. Besides what do you think this is, a massage channel? Haha the videos are coming though, thanks to everyone for the continued support. If you're still reading this i'm actually a bit surprised, You're the MVP. I just felt I wanted to have a long conversation with everyone so that's what I'm doing. Sweet. But hey check out HM Massage other social medias while you're down here. I really liked the first song that you played here and without talking! I thought that it was very relaxing. I would like a long video just like it, maybe 20 - 30 minutes. I use videos to help me fall asleep. 😴

Masseuses is a famine french term a male would be masseur. Both are commonly used for a front in prostitution. For this reason like Body Bliss stated we prefer the label Massage Therapist.

Unless the practitioner is going to use oil the garment helps reduce the friction of the massage. Actually two layers of garments are even better as it provided more viscosity.

I jus got one for the first time Friday and I was awake drooling through some or it. Alot of it was a lit painful too. She did say I was very very stiff and I'm sure that's from being my first real massage.

However, I would do Tapotemont before Deep Tissue (when the muscles and fascia are loosened after DT, it’s bringing back the tension which you just worked on). Also, be more sensitive when you massage the head (the temporal, parietal, & occipital muscles easily tenses rather than loosens); so, it’s important for the therapist to do movement in a slowly flowing manner to to relax the upper trapezius and sternocliedomastoid
