For those who still have trouble sleeping: Stay relaxed.. take your time to breath in and out slowly. Try to empty your mind. Just listen to the music and close your eyes until you drift off to sleep. I hope that works for you. Love you all, these problems you are facing doesn't last forever. Know your worth and how important you are, you are strong enough to face your problems. Believe in yourself and I promise you, it will all be worth it.
