i have listened to almost all of the ASMR people on youtube... and you are the ONLY ONE that I like. THe tone of your voice.. the way you handle things.. the love you put off.. how much you care about what you do. And how much you put yourself into what you do... Is just amazing. You are a regular fixture in my house...if I have head phones in my ears.. everyone asks me.. are you listening to the whisper lady? LOL yes.. yes I am. I consider you like a friend. even tho.. you have no idea who i am.. you are an important part of my life. i have bipolar.. and when I am on a hard swing to the dark side... there you are. I love the soft clicking noises you make when you talk. It's so gentle and soothing. And you should see how crazy I go over bath toweled animals. We went on a cruise in June to the Bahamas and they left an elephant on our bed and I just lost it. It was super cute. I love your videos!

Took what felt like seven years of my life to set up a you tube/google + account just to say a huge THANK YOU to you Maria!! I came across asmr when I was looking for massage tips (I give them like Monica off friends) and I found a woman called Lita. Looks like she has found a fool proof way of helping us get to sleep everyone, LEARNING! All jokes aside, fantastic job Maria! The video came in handy as well! I actually made the the towel holder yesterday (watched the video when it came out but never got around to commenting). When my family washes towels we always have five towels we can't fit into our closet. We usually leave them on our bathroom sink, which is hardly the appropriate place to leave them, so I decided to blow some minds by making the towel holder. Needless to say it worked like a charm, but sadly, no minds were blown!

Everything you touch turns into gold. I never liked towels folded like swans(as you said, it's a bit cheesy) but NOW I feel like every towel in my house folded like a square is a missed opportunity to please my guests. Haha, it happens every video. Fake flowers, big chunky jewelry, intricately folded scarfs, never liked them until you used them as props. Thanks for all the wonderful videos(and shift in taste?)!

Now you're really starting to piss me off Maria! For at least the last year, I have played the Gentleman's Suit Fitting Session video on my tablet, under my pillow, every single night to help me go to sleep. I put the tablet under my pillow and it works EVERY time. Now you have gone and made a video that may be even more tingly and awesome than that one. I loved this one. Your voice was so good in it. And it was a nice, simpler video with a very appealing, homey sort of a feeling. Your movements are very smooth and easy to watch. These older videos have a superior audio quality for asmr. Higher treble I guess, less sensitivity. For me it’s perfect. This reminds me of old cspan interviews, pbs documentaries, and after school watching city council meetings on 80s cable.

maria, i LOVE this video! i actually prefer videos that seem unintentionally asmr-y. like i just happened upon a towel folding video that gave me asmr. the videos or parts of videos that have strategic asmr-y stuff just don't do it for me. i know you're hearing a lot of the opposite, so i wanted to let you know that there are people like me out there that really appreciate these types of videos! so THANKS! :)

Found a link to ASMR on Reddit and watched your video on towel folding. Not only was your voice soothing but I was actually found myself anxious to go and refold my towels. And just to chime in... I remember watching Maria back in her early days, back before "ASMR" had really become such the buzzword it is today, and I rather miss them. It's undoubtedly increased search traffic to these videos, which is a good thing in one sense, but it's contributed to some of the higher rate of guys who tend to leave shamelessly gutter-minded comments. lol (As well as the inexplicable number of Dislikes from morons stupid enough to not Google "ASMR" before disliking the videos they probably didn't understand.) I mean, Maria's gorgeous, but sheesh, do keep in mind that she does read these and she does have feelings. If you're going to point out how pretty she is, just keep it classy, man. "Wow, you're quite the attractive woman, Maria! Thanks for the relaxing video! I enjoyed it" is a far more mature and classier than "Would you look at those curves?!"

The Swan looks more like a peacock, but still equally as cool! Love these videos, clothezzzzz folding is still my favorite. Can you do another nail care like you did a couple years back? I love that one!! I ask all the time, but I'm hoping it happens soon. Thanks for being awesome!

Oh my! I instantly got sleepy! This was such a nice video, it can be listened to OR watched and still have the same effect! I've watched this video so many times in the last few weeks. Being a freshman in college, I'm already experiencing some insomnia thanks to assignments, etc. Thank you so much, Maria!! You're always my go-to girl for some Z's!

Maria always so beautiful elegant in all your movements and we learn things here,it's like the learning channel. I usually bunch it all in a ball and throw it on the bed. haha ;) I would love to fold these towels like you do. Your voice is so precious and sweet melting us all. Don't worry you should see the weird summer I've been having I got abducted by Plutonians they caught me when I wasn't looking. ;) I'm kidding,but really I went to ENT specialist for routine earwax removal 6 weeks ago and he ruptured my eardrum I was in the worst pain and sufferings and huge infection fever chills vertigo and for 3 weeks I couldn't hear almost at all from my left ear. it's better now not 100% yet. I can't begin to tell you how uncomfortable it was. I hope your summer wasn't nearly as weird as that. Lots of love my dear,please come to my house and fold all my towels when you get the chance. ;)-p haha xoxoxoxoxoxo
