That's why I stopped going to salons ,I learned how to do it myself at home and I'm good at it. Yo some salons can finish your hair ,it happened to me in 2020 yooo I told myself I will never ever go there 😂

I'm just surprised you can actually combo your hair while the relaxer on your hair from what I know you not supposed to ..😔she handled the client hair so rough she needs some training on how to be patient and gentle because this video will create a bad image for the salon
You don't comb relaxer through the hair like that. This application is horrendous. And what is up with people blow drying with a comb? You're supposed to use a brush. Girl, never go to her again. Your hair is gorgeous though. If you want to keep your length, do not continue going to her.
She did overlap because I asked her too, usually I wouldn’t do that. But like I said 6 months is a long time for ur hair 2 recuperate and a little switch for a sleek hair won’t hurt.. I didn’t want a swollen hair body..
This stylist behaving like its conditioner she’s applying 😳 not caring at all that the relaxer getting on already relaxed hair .. she didn’t need to be smoothing so far up the hair smh ..
I've never seen any professional apply relaxer in such a haphazard way. She's actually combing through natural hair so roughly. She also took too long to apply the relaxer. The way she washed her hair and combed it out was rough. I guess you have the products that are available to you. Boxed relaxers are so harsh. I hope she used neutralizing shampoo. It looked okay, but what about the health of her hair?
The smoothing process was looking rather too harsh to me, I was seriously praying you didn't experience burning especially at that point when u said your scalp was on fire

😂😂😂😂. My black American sisters have been traumatised by this relaxer process. The truth is hairdressers in Nigeria, my beloved country are very good in braids, weaving and so on but are very very bad at relaxing hair. They just dont know how to and are refusing to learn. Only a few like 1% know how to relax hair and her often very pricey. So you better relax your hair yourself. They never know how bad their relaxer game is because we hardly ever suffer hair loss or alopecia in Nigeria. Just that our hair doesn't grow long because it is constantly breaking.
God bless you for this comment. I lost more than half of my hair at the back about 4 years ago to bad relaxing. For three years now I have been trying to grow the hair back. I think I will have to relax my hair myself this cos their application process is traumatizing.
