there are soooooo many people who own horses who's life changes, like pregnancy or old age, just what ever where they can't be there enough for their horse, you may wanna just visit local barns near you and put up a note on their bulletin board that you will give free attention to what ever horse needs it , like brushing or grooming and love and see who allows you to give their needy horse love, or notes at local feed stores, I can't tell you how many horses Ive found like that over the years ( you won't have to pay or own, you just get to enjoy a horse )
