I miss my cat. He passed away a month ago. This was his favorite music, the one he falls asleep to. Now i listen to it, and all of the memories with him coming back to me. I miss him so much, it hurts.

I played this for my sweet cat, Brody, when he was lethargic and suffering. On our way to the vet, we played this for him in the car. He stayed overnight there and then in the morning we found out all his organs were failing. My final goodbye to him was me petting him with catheters all over his body and this in the background. RIP Brody.

My cat passed away yesterday. He was only here for three days. My father found him on the interstate in Mississippi, which is a state away from us. I played this on the first night while my dad got a carrier for him, he looked like he was in good condition despite being skinny, having a torn ear, and a small bite on his neck. Most strays have broken bones when you find them in media, but he was mostly okay. It was night so my father took him to the vet the next day, and we knew his story. He was 6-8 WEEKS old, had been neutered and dumped out into the woods. They clipped his ear so they wouldn't grab him a second time. Then a fly bit his neck and laid eggs inside him, the eggs were hatched when we found him. He had a small infection and fleas, but overall he still seemed like he was okay. He ate a bunch of food the first night and purred so loud I swear he shook the box he was in until my father found a carrier, and he was very purry the next day. He was scared, only knowing loud noises and cars, so we kept him in our dads bathroom. (this was also to prevent fleas from spreading and was his choice.) I have a few pictures, and I was so happy. I don't usually pray, and i dont mind if you arent religous, i was an atheist for a long time, but the other night I let whatever God that's out there know I was thankful I could sleep knowing he was safe, that he would be okay. That was around four in the morning. Then I woke up at exactly 9:36 yesterday, went to eat so I could take my medicine, and before I could finish dad woke up my brothers to say goodbye. I had planned on seeing him first thing that morning, and there he was, laying on top of the carrier. He only took a few more breaths. I think he just wanted to hold on that little bit longer until he knew he was safe to let go. We had a funeral for him in the backyard, I got to paint his face and name on a brick. He sat on laps for a day, but never took any water or food after that first night. Dad cried the hardest, I've never seen him cry like that. I'm thankful to this video he was able to sleep on that first night. We hadn't had a pet in 8 years, so seeing one was nice, even for a day. Fly high kiwi

This is, by far, the only music that calms my cats down that they fall asleep after a few minutes. I've used this when they were too hyper to handle and when my older cat got seriously sick. He couldn't sleep properly without discomfort but this music helped. He relaxed, to say the least. Now, I'm playing it to calm him down because he got hyper again. He is recovering really well, by the way! I personally like this music too!
