Today's video is my self care/pamper routine. I do not get to do this every Sunday night since I am busy working mom but I try to incorporate a self care day as often as I can. I start my routine off with a glass of wine to relax, while I run a bubble bath. I light candles and use aromatherapy to set the mood and create a relaxing environment while I soak in the tub. After the tub, I do a more drawn out skin care routine than my daily ritual. I use a facial steamer, face mask, and gua sha tool to perform a face massage. Taking time out of your busy schedule for self care is so necessary and I hope this routine inspires you to do the same!
