I am a composer from Norway and I started this channel with a simple vision: to create a place that you can visit whenever you want to sit down and relax. I compose music that can be labeled as for example: sleep music, calm music, yoga music, study music, peaceful music, beautiful music and relaxing music. I'm a community college professor who has been teaching online for the past year due to covid. Lately, I've been experiencing anxiety whenever I have to be on the computer to grade papers or meet in Zoom. I just discovered this link and I have it on in the background as I grade. I know its soothing music to relax and go to sleep. I really, really does help the person's w disabilities, my daughter has the same problem gets really bad insomnia at nighttime. when they r having a hard time to relax and go to sleep. My guess their mind is running around in circles in their head and need soothe music to listen and relax their beautiful minds

By the way, is anyone here following the World Cup in football? What country are you cheering for? I just watched the end of the match between Argentina and Iceland. There were so many chances for Argentina towards the end, but I was happy that Iceland managed to keep the 1-1. :)
