I'm with you. Thanks for these encouragement. I have a zoom conference this morning with 3 Professors and an oncologist about our idea for an antiviral against Covid. We have been doing a lot of research in the lab, killing a lot of coronavirus using virucidal botanicals. We now want to see how this works on people. But working on this is quite stressful. Not your usual job.

Hmmm! All very philosophical, easy-to-say and amateurish mumbo-jumbo type theory... but in practice it doesn't work! We're HUMANS... not robots... and people simply can't and don't just switch off! There are a billion examples of negative stress that happen to all of us every day... and it's both physically and psychologically impossible to just switch off to both past and pending future events! The body doesn't work like this... and wasn't built this way - although of course "stress reduction" is completely possible! Yup! I'm a specialist in Exercise Physiology... but all this is just common sense! And all your worshippers here who "thank" you for your enlightenment are, well... very misguided and in cloud-cuckoo-land! Have a nice one, my friend!

Nicola if you say that silence is too loud i assume that you hear a small beeping voice in your ears and thats a illusion what your brain makes and there are many factors that can cause that, lack of sleep, stress, neck and shoulder muscle pain and hearing damage.

I have a lot of anxiety and lately i be having some "anxiety attacks" and it's hard for me to sleep, sometimes i even start sweating. but I've been searching in youtube for like "ocean sounds", "rain sounds", etc.. and it actually helped me a bit, I can sleep now. hopefully we can trough this soon and stay safe yall, good night🙏🏻🇵🇹✊🏼

I wholeheartedly reccomend Twisted and Black Friday. Just really fun musicals to watch. They have other performances to choose from, but those two are my favorites. I also reccomend, for Robin Williams fans, What Dreams May Come. Bring a big box of Kleenex, this movies reaches deep and doesn't let go til the credits. Bonnie Bruce awww, thank you for taking the time to write that. We were very close and I loved being in their presence. Every year I would go spend a month with them. They lived out in the country so there was nothing to do but hang out with them. I’d usually go in the Summer when none of my siblings would be around, so I’d have Mother and Daddy all to myself. It was so fun and over the 15 years I spent this kind of time with them, I heard the best stories, finding out things about them I had never known. Their story of meeting, overcoming major social obstacles, choosing each other and building a life, raising a family in a difficult time, is amazing. My sister told me at Daddy’s funeral, “You have the best of both of them in you.” I ❤️ that!
