It helps me sleep it's super easy to fall asleep now because the rain sounds are soft gentle it also helps you fall asleep so if you're reading this comment I recommend you watch this video because this video will help you fall asleep quickly because it isn't that loud or you can do it on your TV Xbox computer anything and that's it good night everybody
