Hey! how good is the comet at handling speed? It looks really narrow and seems like it would be quite unstable. How would you rate the boards stability?
I have purchased a new board - a Loaded Tesseract deck. You're right, the Comet is quite unstable at speed and since I'm trying to learn downhill I thought I'd get a different one. The Comet is really great at cruising and turning, which is where I find the most enjoyment. But you're right, when going downhill at speed it may not be the best
I'm still learning, I can do standup slides heel side slightly, though I'm scared to commit when going fast. I got some puck gloves so will start learning hand down slides! edit: I said toe side but I meant heel side!
