This is the type of music that is kind and gentle to you when you're sad. It's slow and easy and not too forceful, not overly depressing or overly happy. It's just the right amount of therapeutic and peaceful. When we're happy, it enhances that. And when we're sad, it allows us breathing room to have our cry without forcing happiness upon us, and then gently guides us to peace when we're ready. Thank you for uploading this. It's beautiful ♡

I haven't slept for two days so I went on a walk to clear my mind while listening to this playlist. It started pouring rain and there were barely any people on the street and I don't think I've ever felt this calm. This playlist helped me finally relax and be able to fall asleep. hi, i'm a 16 years old student. I have anxiety, i always crave for a peace of mind because i always get anxious and overthinks a lot. Actually, thinking about me being at peace and relaxing while riding a car looking at a very nice scenery while listening to these songs makes me emotional and cry. Because i have always wanted a break from my anxiety. I don't wanna get depress so i'm praying i get over in this situation as soon as possible. I'm trying my best don't worry.

I know that having anxiety is really tiring but i hope that one day the both of us will wake up feeling free and peacefull. Dear 16 year old, I was there once, 16 full of life but also anxious and sad at times! Remember one thing though that this will pass too! I know it’s a cliche and you might have heard it many times but, live your life the way you feel it’s right for you at this moment and never mind if it turns out wrong later. No one knows the future so don’t worry, future soon will be the past ! And know that all the young and teenagers are feeling more or less the same which is caused by hormones and you being new to this life! I do remember that how cruel young people can be towards each other. They say thing#or do things that is done out of not knowing better! Look above that and work your way out by celebrating small success like going out for fresh air without thinking what others think of your hair or clothes ! Forgive yourself for things you do not knowingly and be gentle when judging yourself, please don’t be harsh when it comes to you! I’ve been there so good luck just do it and never mind what people think about you! ❤️

Go for it - don't let anyone stop you - especially yourself. You'll never get your 20's back and things change. Go for all of your dreams now while you have nothing to lose and keep building on them, keep working at them as an artist and designer and keep learning new skills along the way. HA!! Alex, I was about to head out for a drive to visit my friend up north. An 1 hour drive through the country roads and I was about to play one of your compilations and my man,you just uploaded a new compilation.
