can you imagine being here? the water flowing and you’re in it. the water is cold but it’s incredibly relaxing. all your stress and worries about life just melt away as you float away in the water. you’re completely alone, nobody around for miles and miles. you close your eyes. nothing matters but the here and now. i like to imagine going underwater. just being under there for a few seconds and being at peace in the cold. i imagine it would do absolute wonders. it just looks so clean and beautiful, i would like to stay there forever.

I suffer from anxiety, this was really helpful for me as I had just gotten into a fight with my mother and I started having thoughts which would not be okay to put onto social media. Life is a rollercoaster, and this was a slight upwards part of it. i have to do more school work soon, and I have to get downstairs quickly to complete the work to make it not look like I was in tears, thank you for this.

Just PastelGacha ummm probably for me it's my watching stuff like this in a quite room with no interruptions or just get out side your backyard if you have one ( or once this is all over go for a walk) and just go back once you've down but that's what calmed me down any way

Meditation helps in beating depression and anxiety. It takes 5 minutes each day out of all the time you have in a day, to meditate. You can google, there are different kinds of meditations, start with guided meditation on youtube or anywhere else, it will then slowly teach you how to control your mind.

This has to be a drawing of an actual neighborhood. Every little detail is a perfect replica of what i used to see while living in Japan. The type of brick, the bush behind the rails, the type of gate, the pop out windows, the car cover, like everything. I love this. I have it full screen on one monitor to feel like I'm looking out the window.
