I thought the same thing until I started doing this daily. It's works! It's not enough to read the Word you must practice THIS Jesus said to do it. I'm serious this is huge. It will make or break us. Try it again w the understanding that it's not transubstantiation but a spiritual communion and encounter that unleashes the power of the crucifixion over our lives. The people that do this will overcome the devil those that don't will be in constant struggle. I do communion twice a day now. I'm walking in victory now.
