The main core was keyboardist Manfred Rürup, bassist Bernd Kiefer and drummer Wolfgang "Zabba" Lindner, remained stable, while wind-instrumentalist Norbert Jacobsen (formerly on Achim Reichel's projects A.R.Machines and Frankie Dymon Jr.) joined for the recordings of ''Life'.
LIFE is lively fusion with elements from Krautrock and Canterbury scene. Majestic use of Mellotron and the rhythm section delivers furious and strong grooves, often some complex individual performances. An impressive mix of Krautrock, Jazz and Progressive Rock.
