What I liked even more about it was how it showed Penelope's sisters are in fact more attentive and aware than we the audience might've thought prior to season 3. Being able to diffuse a situation or it's aftermath is a rare skill indeed.
I love how they shine throughout most of the season despite getting a lot of attention in the first two seasons we actually got a deeper look at them and got to see them develop individually and as a family. I also love that they highlighted how Phillipa, though a bit ditzy and vain, is actually rather sweet overall. She genuinely likes/loves her husband and they are adorable together. This was just a great season for them overall.
