I have been using this tapping session once or twice daily for several weeks. This video has been helping me calm inflammation, and deal with anxiety and fear as well. My inflammation has decreased significantly and I find I am bringing up and coming to terms with a number of old emotional issues that I have been carrying around, unresolved, for years. Excellent. Got out of an abusive relationship 2 years ago. The peace of being out allowed all the crap to surface. Heavy freeze response, joint pain, stiffness, holding breath, exaughstion, frozen shoulder etc. Now that I an free to address it, this video will become a staple. In one tap session, my pain went from a 5 to a 3. Thank you for making it.❤

I was introduced to tapping years ago with a practitioner , but you are ,bar far the best guided tapping practitioner I’ve encounter. Your RU-vid videos have helped me with several painful fractures, back pain, even side effects from Covid vaccine ( all gone now). You have improved the quality of my life- thank you Julie- you are WONDERFUL.

I have been watching your videos for years and years. There is something so genuine and loving about the way you come across. It is nurturing and intuitive, and so completely helpful and inspiring. Your videos are my 'go to', especially for physical challenges, and anxiety challenges. After only watching your tapping video about panic attacks ONE time, they stopped and I knew instantly (in the middle of tapping) what they were about. I may get them once and a while over the years, but they are minor and totally manageable. There is so much comfort knowing that you are there. Thank-you for all you do and all that you are!!!

I went to see a neurosurgeon today about intense back pain. I was having probably an 8.5 at the beginning of the session and did a lot of yawning and my pain right now seems to be a 3.5 or so. I'd pay big money for that kind of sustained relief. Julie you do such a professional classy job with your work. My thanks

Thank you so much for this. I was recently introduced to tapping by my therapist after already having heard of it, and it is so incredibly effective for me. I didnt realize how disconnected i was from my body before, and how thinking my way out of problems wasnt working for me. Thank you so much for this gift, and for making it avaliable for free. The paywall for the app my therapist suggested would have kept me from exploring this as an option, as I am very financially pressed right now. Shalom Julie I’m new to tapping. I like your video very much. I have had swelling in the back of my left heel for the past 4 years it has gotten worse, and no practitioner was able to help me. Should I be doing tapping with you everyday? The pain is a 9. I didn’t notice any change after one session yet. Thank you

Absolutely!! Research has shown that it can work just as well. Great when you are in. A crowd of people or laying in bed trying to sleep. 😊

Wow Julie another profound experience with one of your taps. Thank you - I did a lot of releasing on many levels around the pain I am feeling. Your taps lead me on journeys of self awareness and the ability to release old patterns I didn't even realize had been impacting this inflamed state I've kept myself in for so long. What is an opposite word to 'inflamed'? I now choose to feel calm, relaxed balanced. Thank you. 💐💐💝💝🌷🌷

Thank you ❤I had a seizure today. Inflammation has been contributing to seizures and also the seizures have been causing more inflammation. I was feeling super nervous and scared about what happened but now am feeling more relaxed.

I always recommend tapping daily. If you are tapping for one particular issue then tap on it every day and address all aspects until it’s gone. There are no rules about how often or how long totally up to you

The words that accompany your tapping are extremely well chosen and helpful. The answer for me is always somewhere in your words. I was tapping for sinusitis that has been going on for too long. During this tapping session your words helped me figure out the cause - self-imposed bondage to "pain, struggle, and suffering." Thanks so much.

I have seen u always tap with ur left hand and on the left side of ur body… can we do it on right side or is there a particular reason?

No reason!! I do switch off and sometimes I tap with both hands. Whatever works best for you!! Sometimes one arm gets tired and then I switch 😂

I have Crohn’s disease and am suffering with the pain of an abscess while still teaching my third graders everyday. It is very hard to be my energetic enthusiastic self while going through this severe pain. Thank you for helping me work through this and release some of this resentment. I love so much your videos, I firmly believe in tapping, it has helped in numerous areas of my life. I just wonder if you have a video to heal or how to bring back to normal female hormones like thyroid and ovaries hormones. Thank you ❤️ I have had so much pain the last few weeks, especially in my arms and in the sides of the torso, sleeping has been difficult as my arms get numb, but this tapping got me from an 8 to 4 so I will be able to sleep for the rest of the night. Can I tap on 2 different things at the same time? Example pain and memory? Or do I need to do 2 different tapping sessions? Thank you

If the memory is contributing to or associated with the pain then yes. If they seem to be completely 2 different issues unrelated then I would try tapping on those issues separately.

I will certainly try this. I am in GRIEF and not able to release much tears am very stressed and its all gone to my gut/digestive system pain and inflammation are key. looking forward to trying this. Also to releasing Anxiety and Depression possibly?

Wow, tears started coming out when you mentioned anger, and it definately makes sense, because there was two situations in last couple of days , when I knew, it would be normal and healthy for me to feel angry, but I just couldn't. Could it be that anger got trapped inside and came out as imflammation?

Amazing Amazing, Amazing. All the froward I felt, all the pain and tears. So much stored trauma. Long Covid has caused great fear. Been ill with chronic fatigue gorc3 years now. This is helping. Long Covid is about Inflammation in the body as a reaction to either the virus or the vaccine.

I discovered EFT many years ago, but stopped doing it. I recently rediscovered it due to a Summit where I saw you. Your videos really help me calm my body and release pain. I really look forward to continuing to heal my body from multiple injuries and emotional pain. Thank you so much for these videos. I couldn't do it without you!

Thank you for this wonderful video....it stirred up the dust but maybe will see improvements shortly..I do feel.like it stirred up the inflamation and then one side got better.

That can definitely happen. Keep at it and be as specific as possible when tapping and you may find it improves...on both sides :)

I just discovered you today, you certainly were on my Path of Least Resistance. Your message is in total alignment with Abraham-Hick's message about pain or anything unwanted in the body. Hi Julie, Thank you for your videos. I had some nasties happen in my life which slid me into having little anxiety bouts. Your videos help me greatly. I like the pace of them. Some of the other ones on You Tube dont allow enough time to repeat the affirmation said. Yours do. I also like your pattern of thoughts.

My leg was inflamed really bad since Thursday this week. Feel like allot of stress is going on etc. I tapped on my leg. It felt numb etc. Felt like I couldnt walk on it tbh. Felt like I had sharp pains etc. Tapped on it. Felt like the swelling stopped etc. Had a hard time with walking on it. This stuff is really powerful too. Im still going to get my leg looked at when I get a chance. Hopefully its just stress and not getting enough exercise etc. Dealing with a toxic relative "grandpa" who has Dementia hes a jerk. You wouldnt want to live with him. Doesn't even care about him self or his family.😢 Do you have anything for that? Because hes been stressing me out and giving me pent up anger/rage. I have a mood disorder and he's been setting it off and I don't feel safe around him. Sorry. I even told my therapist about tapping. She wants me to this too. Feel physically and emotionally drained. Etc. I feel like I want to cry. Sorry. 😢 I also been trying to get off Soda due to having IBS. I tried the tapping for Soda Im a Pepsi addict. I love drinking from warm can etc. But it's making me feel sick. I cant stop the urges. For example. If i get off it for 3 days. I get back on it etc. Its complicated. Self control etc. Can you do a updated version for that one please? My Dr wants me to quit it. Because I have depression and mania. And Caffeine sets it off. I mostly drink 5-8 cans a day. Not good. Sorry. Any advice on how to make the tapping work and make it stop? Especially the urges? I want to do a 30 day Challenge by not drinking it all together. I need to get it out of my system. Maybe my anxiety will calm down too because I have GAD etc. Sorry for long post. Hope you can help/give advice, tips etc. Hope I can get a response. Your videos do help. Thanks. 😊
