Reliable from the First Minute: New SKiiP Generation SKiiP 7 

SKiiP 7 offers all the advantages of the Intelligent Power Modules available in previous SKiiP generations. It includes a standard or customized air-cooled or water-cooled heat sink. Its simple design and wide power range combined with high reliability in power cycling and environmental stress conditions, the use of a digital driver and ASIC advantages, as well as the latest generation 7 IGBT enable customers to design converters with higher power ratings using the same or less volume at a lower price per power unit. Thanks to the modular design and availability of both 6-pack and half bridge configurations with up to 6 power modules on one heat sink, it offers an extremely wide power range from 150kW to 1.8MW. The IPM comes fully function, electric and burn-in tested.
