Dr Hoobhoy is talking high sense. I used to work for a forces university & there was one course that only I used to teach. The director's son came from abroad, joined an international bank & never attended my class for his MBA. But I was astonished to see that he had passed my course, though he had never attended a single class of mine, not even enrolled for my course! So much for the pathetic education system in Pak!

Pervaiz Hoodbhoy is a scientist but acts like a religious scholar, politician and now an expert on Pakistan. His talk is often superficial and lacks depth. It is interesting that in his zeal to be taken seriously, he flung claims that has no proof in history. On top of his off the cuff remarks, he bashes Pakistan and compares it with USA and the west. Does not he know that Pakistan is only 76 years old, had nothing to start with and USA and the west are some of the richest areas because of colonialism and exploitation of the developing countries?
